Philadelphia Legal Assistance (PLA) is an excellent, free resource and help center for people who are in need of family law help in the Philadelphia area. They provide assistance with establishing paternity, child support issues, PFAs, Domestice Violence, and even a Child Support Defendant Intake Line.
