The initial inheritance does not affect child support. However the interest etc, made from the inheritance is subject to the calculation for child support.
Under the PA Supreme court case of Humphreys v. DeRoss, the court held that an inheritance was not income for support purposes, but an income generated from the initial inheritance (interest, dividends, etc.) would be considered income.
